Parking:
The Colorado Convention Center provides onsite parking in our brand new 1000 space parking garage. There are 650 covered spaces available on the garage’s first two levels and an additional 350 spaces are available on the top deck. Since the garage provides direct access to the campus of facilities encompassing the Colorado Convention Center and the Denver Performing Arts Complex. Parking in Downtown Denver has never been easier.
The maximum daily rate to park is $7 for any 8 hour period and $12 for any longer period. Short-term parking is available for $2/hour and monthly parking is available by calling Parking Management at 303-228-8070.

This is a very exciting time for us at the Colorado Convention Center. The Center is nearing the end of our major expansion/renovation project that is adding 292,000 sq. ft. of new exhibit space to the Center. Additional meeting rooms will be divided into 35,000 sq. ft. of new meeting space, a new 50,000 sq. ft. ballroom, a new 5,000-fixed-seat-lecture hall, and a new 1,000-space parking garage. The new expanded space, combined with our existing space, gives us a total of 792,00 sq. ft. of event space that can be configured in many diverse ways. What ever your event needs, we can provide the perfect event from a small gathering of 35 to as many as 10,000. The expansion/renovation will be complete in the December of 2004 and new facility space is being opened throughout renovation as new Center space is completed.
The Center is known for it’s state-of-the-art technology infrastructure providing planners, exhibitors and attendees an efficient information flow, easier access to the web, simultaneous distance learning, virtual trade shows, and on-line selling of products and services. The Center offers you complete connectivity to all your clients and potential clients and much more.
We are also excited to present the Colorado Convention Center Parking Garage, conveniently located at the Colorado Convention Center. Our new garage location is easily accessible to the Denver Performing Arts Complex and many other downtown venues. The 16th Street Mall is just two blocks northwest featuring free shuttle transportation to many restaurants and retail outlets. With our easy parking, “quick swipe” credit card feature, and our onsite management team, you will soon appreciate the convenience of our facility for your monthly or daily parking needs. The parking entrance to the garage is northbound Speer Boulevard between Stout and Champa Streets. And, access to the garage couldn’t be easier, simply merge to the far right parking access lane directly from Speer Boulevard.
