
CityLights Pavilion is located at 1700 7th Street in downtown Denver. Built on the grounds of Pepsi Center in the Central Platte Valley, the amphitheatre has two main entrances: 7th Street at Auraria Parkway, and Speer Boulevard at Chopper Circle.
From I-25 North, take the Speer Boulevard South exit. At the second stop light, turn right onto Chopper Circle.
From I-25 South, take the Auraria Parkway exit. Turn left on 7th Street to enter the grounds of Pepsi Center.
From downtown Denver, take Speer Boulevard to Auraria Parkway. Go west on Auraria Parkway and turn right on 7th Street.

Code of Conduct
All Universal Lending Pavilion Guests are expected to maintain reasonable and appropriate behavior at all times. Any behavior defying the code of conduct, as determined by facility management, can result in ejection and possible arrest.
Ejected guests will not receive a refund for their tickets or be compensated in any way.
Inappropriate behavior includes, but is not limited to:
Universal Lending Pavilion management reserves the right to deny entry or eject from the facility guests displaying inappropriate behavior, as determined by facility/event management.

Policies may vary for concerts and special events. Please contact Guest Relations for information pertaining to specific events.
Alcohol
Universal Lending Pavilion has implemented a strict alcohol policy that is designed to protect the guests and the public from alcohol related incidents.
Guests are expected to follow all laws governing the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcohol. Guests are responsible for their own drinking, and are expected to drink responsibly. It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure they have a safe, responsible means of transportation when leaving the facility.

Audio/Video Recording Devices
Audio/Video Recording is generally prohibited for all concerts and special events. Guests are expected to know the policy before coming to Universal Lending Pavilion. Universal Lending Pavilion is not responsible for items or for providing storage or safe-keeping for such items.

Clothing
Guests are expected to be appropriately clothed at all times, as determined by facility management.
Guests are prohibited from wearing any clothing displaying profane or offensive material. Guests may be denied entry into the facility until the profane or offensive material is no longer visible. Guests found within the facility wearing clothing displaying items that can be construed as profane or offensive by management will be asked to provide a solution where the items will no longer be displayed. If no solution can be found, or the solutions do not meet the satisfaction of management, the Guest may be ejected from the facility.
Cursing/Offensive Language
Cursing, or the use of offensive language or gestures, is prohibited at all times. Guests cursing or using offensive language or gestures may be ejected from the facility.
Entry to Performance Area
Any Guests attempting to, or actually entering a performance area will immediately be ejected and subject to arrest and prosecution.
Ejections
Universal Lending Pavilion management reserves the right to eject Guests at their discretion (i.e. violation of facility rules, violation of laws, etc.) at any time. When a Guest is ejected, tickets will be collected from the Guest and no refund will be given.
Fighting
Any Guests involved in a physical or verbal altercation are subject to ejection and arrest.
Huckstering (Selling or Peddling)
The Revised Municipal Code of the City and County of Denver prohibits huckstering (Selling or peddling) as follows:
“It shall be unlawful to offer any goods, services or thing for sale within any park, parkway, mountain park, or other recreational facility (stadium, arena, pavilion, theatre), or on the streets and sidewalks within three hundred (300) feet of the boundary of the same, without first having obtained a license or privilege so to do in the manner and pursuant to terms and conditions fixed by the mayor
