On February 6, 2001, Narcoticself made an explosive and unforgettable entrance into the local music scene. Like most local groups, they debuted for a small crowd on a small stage. Narcoticself quickly set themselves apart from “most local groups” as they dominated the crowd. They instantly took control over
three hundred people bearing witness to the great spectacle before them. It was definitely a rare site to see. Narcoticself conquered the audience, entrancing them, inciting in them extreme emotional excitement and making them die hard Narcoticself fans only after one show.

Narcoticself continues to break free from the norm by always delivering a structurally compelling and diverse live performance. Not afraid to mold and manipulate music as they see fit, they maintain their uniqueness by exploring and experimenting with the many complexities and characteristics of sound.
Their distinct flavor and brilliant lyrics will take you on a journey of personal experience and self reflection you would never expect from such a heavy and powerful groups of artists.
