Like snorting a line of Pepsi & Morphine thru the middle of an old 45, JET FUEL give ya everything you know you like & everything you think you’re too kool to dig at the same time. This is straight retro music while stayin’ so on the next flight to the end of tomorrow. If ya wanna lock it into a genre, it’s gonna be HEAVY. But not only in the METAL sense. It’s the same HEAVY you felt when you saw James Cagney on top the world in “White Heat” as well as how you felt when it slipped in the first time. We could just list all the records we bought & books we read, but there shouldn’t be a need if you actually hear our record. It’s plain as day, no need to front like it’s some genius concoction.

Not content to just match the bar set by today’s lackluster pop scene, JET FUEL got in at the start of the New Wave of Los Angeles Heavy Metal movement. First by forming the band & followed by a record label (BLACK TOP FADE RECORDS). Keeping in line with a strong anti-establishment ethic (as well as a distrust/disinterest in The Man), they decided to put on their own shows. Ranging from “club” nites at local bars to warehouse parties numbering in the thousands for attendance (no easy feat in scenester obsessed Hollywood).

It won’t be too hard to keep an eye on JET FUEL. It started being exclusive, but growing legions have forced inclusivity.
