Tapping into the flourishing house and breaks music scene with their unique sound and high-energy live performances, BLVD has been able to introduce live dance music to clubs and festivals where bands have not traditionally existed.

BLVD creates the sounds of club DJs, but with the energy and visual stimulation of a live band. Since their inception in late 2002, BLVD has played hundreds of gigs throughout the West Coast, including the Burning Man Festival, Symbiosis Gathering, How Weird Street Faire, the MGM Grand for Vegoose in Las Vegas, Holocene in Portland, and the Avalon Ballroom in Los Angeles. They have shared the bill with international touring bands and DJs including: Lotus and Raq at the Independent; ModeSelektor, Bassnectar, Glitch Mob, Son Kite at 1015 Folsom; DJ Icey and Tipper at Mighty; DJ Logic at the Xingolati Jam Cruise after-party; EOTO at Fais Do Do in Los Angeles. They have played at Squaw Valley USA and Alpine Meadows in Lake Tahoe numerous times, and are headlining the 2006 New Year
